4 Bentleys, 4 Rolls Royces, 4 Jaguars and 4 Ferrari’s + Plus More!
The Car Guys of Los Gatos Monthly Gathering and Luncheon at Aldos today had on display an outstanding collection of historic and classic cars.
Our “come and join us for lunch but bring something cool to drive” mentality attracts a collection of eclectic owners/enthusiasts each of whom have their own interesting stories of past, present and future fine automobiles to share with their fellow members and fans alike.
Todays gathering was kicked off by first arriver Robert Manley in his 1958 Silver on Black Rolls Royce.  As the parking lot outside of Aldo’s filled up Robert was joined by other early arrivers including Brian & Olga Richardson – 1932 Rolls Royce Saloon, Adrian & Oliver Cockroft – 1991 964/911, Barry Wingate in a beautiful, recently acquired 2003 Bentley Arnage T, Jim Weager – Porsche Boxster and George Graveline – 1956 “Creamy Dreamy” Lincoln Continental.
The parking lot quickly filled to over flowing with a number of other very special arrivals.  Of special note were Austin Kilburn – 1938 Bentley, Aldo Maresco – Ferrari 360, Hoffman Hibbett – 1963 Ferrari Lusso and Roy Brett – 1948 Mercury.
A complete list of the attendees (apologies to anyone I missed) follows directly below.

The members on hand left their rides in the parking lot for the public to enjoy and followed our founder Rubin Jurman and his wife Arlene in to lunch which was kicked off with a singing of Happy Birthday (89th) to Rubin and the Car Guys of Los Gatos anthem (Sung to “You are My Sunshine” but with different words).  Everyone was in good voice and the luncheon and conversation which followed was enjoyed by all.
The group decided, during lunch, that because of the upcoming 4th of July Holiday the next gathering of the Car Guys of Los Gatos will be held at Aldo’s on the second Saturday, July 9th, rather than on the 2nd. We hope everyone’s understands why for most members the 2nd just didn’t work.
Please get your RSVP’s in to mike@racersdrive.com and join in the visual and intellectually, inspiring, sensory experience that is a gathering of the Car Guys of Los Gatos – Saturday July 9th.
Thank you everyone for your support.
Regards,
Mike Cesario
